Insurance is a good idea, for that is the ONLY way the USPS will look for a package that did not reach you. I do NOT give refunds on lost packages (but I will state here that thank goodness NO packages were lost last year...). I will offer Delivery Confirmation WITH INSURANCE as a 'package single cost fee'. If you want a delivery Confirmation label on your package YOU can purchase the Insurance / Delivery Confirmation cost. Sorry, no Insurance or Delivery Confirmation available out of U.S. I do not issue refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but, IF a Refund is given for some reason, it will only be for the auction item itself NOT for the shipping and handling fee.
